William (“Bill”) Montrose is a Principal and Founder of AMR. He has been an active Salesperson in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia since 1989. He graduated from in Springbrook HS in 1982 and The Catholic University of America in 1987. ARC Management, Aubinoe Management, The Bernstein Companies, Peel Properties, Royco, and Ronald D. Paul Management are currently building owners that Bill represents. Tenant rep clients include United Therapeutics, MicroTechnologies, SurgCenter Development and Prevention of Blindness Society of Washington, DC. He is Past President of CORE Network, a national real estate brokerage platform. He resides in Bethesda, Maryland with wife and two dogs, and has two kids in college.
