About AMR

With an average of over 30 years of brokerage experience, the agents at AMR offer our clients an unmatched level of expertise. We are a trusted partner who knows commercial real estate inside and out. We’ve been doing this a long time!

AMR Commercial, LLC. (“AMR”) was founded in 1994 in Bethesda, Maryland by John C. Alexander, William K. Montrose and Mark D. Rittenberg to provide commercial real estate services to tenants, owners, and investors in the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan area (Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia).

Placing and understanding the client’s needs first and foremost is what AMR does best. Whether it is negotiating the most favorable lease terms for a tenant, unlocking the full potential of an office building for a property owner, or discovering hidden value for an investor, our goal is to understand the client’s business and expectations before creating and implementing a systematic plan tailored to the specific needs of the client.

We accept nothing but the highest level of service, commitment and honesty from our leasing and sales teams. When it comes to locating space for tenants, regardless of the size or objective, AMR will execute a real estate plan which is mindful of everything from future growth to an improved bottom line.
