James G. (“Tyke”) Papanicolas is a Senior Associate Broker at AMR. He has been licensed in Maryland since 1973. He graduated from Bethesda-Chevy Chase HS in 1964 and Montgomery College and University of Maryland Global Campus in 1969. His career has encompassed all areas of commercial real estate, specializing in investment sales and leasing to include office, retail and industrial properties. Tyke also has extensive experience in restaurant acquisitions and site selection. He resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland with his wife of 53 years, Sharon, and has two adult children and a grandson.
