The growing aerial and mat yoga and pole fitness studio, Peace in Movement, leased 4,000 square feet at 8737 Colesville Road in Silver Spring. Their mission is to provide a thoughtfully curated, safe therapeutic space for mindful movement, community, and creative expression for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Bill Montrose, Zach Dubin and Sam Farnum represented the landlord.
