Per Scholas Expands and Extends in Silver Spring

Technology training non-profit Per Scholas, Inc. has recently expanded into over 7,000 square feet located in 1400 Spring Street in downtown Silver Spring. Zach Dubin and Bill Montrose represented the landlord, an entity controlled by Peel Properties.
