A multi-tenant retail center in Bethesda’s Woodmont Triangle has traded hands. The 9,800 square foot building known as 4923 – 4933 St. Elmo Avenue, directly opposite the Sophia Bethesda Apartments, was built in 1959 and is home to local favorites Chicken on the Run and CoffeeFi Roastery. Buyer, ZS Elmo LLC headed by Daniel Mermel, paid $4.35 million to Seller 4923 St. Elmo Partnership, headed by Jeffrey Scholz. Founders Bank provided financing for the deal. Jack Alexander and Gillin Smith brokered the sale.
