Promark Partners paid $4.65 million for two vacant office houses on adjacent lots totaling approximately 15,900 square feet zoned CRT at 4334 and 4336 Montgomery Avenue in the Bethesda Pearl District. The Bethesda Pearl District in downtown Bethesda, Maryland, east of Wisconsin Avenue, has early projects already underway to transform this emerging neighborhood into a vibrant, mixed-use area connecting to the Capital Crescent Trail and future Purple Line, featuring new residential/retail buildings, public spaces, and a pedestrian-friendly environment to create an “eastern gateway” for the town. The purchase gives Rockville development firm Promark a longer frontage along the south side of Montgomery, all the way down to Pearl Street. Jack Alexander and Mark Rittenberg represented the seller.
