Old Georgetown Office Park 4-Unit Sale

A behavioral therapy group with an existing presence in the building settled on four condo units in the Old Georgetown Office Park at 7960 Old Georgetown Road. The group paid $949,000 for 3,124 square feet of space out of which seller, The Welman Group, had sold wholesale jewelry for years. Jack Alexander, Sam Farnum and Gillin Smith represented the seller.
